When you are exploring whether the evidence supports going forward with a legal action you may want to employ a forensic document examiner to perform a handwriting analysis, signature analysis or other forensic examination of the document. The result of the questioned document examination will ascertain the authenticity of the document. Expert Witness Services
If the results of the document examination support the hypothesis of the case the next step may be designation of the document examiner as an expert witness. Mike Wakshull partners with his attorney clients to develop the presentation of the case before the trier of fact, be it the judge or jury. He works with attorneys to present the story told by the evidence in a manner easily understandable by the judge and jury. As a member of National Speakers Association and adjunct instructor at University of Redlands, he is comfortable speaking in a public venue such as a courtroom or deposition.

Expert reports
Reports are the means of communicating the results of the questioned document examination to all parties in the case. Mike’s reports are often so thorough and clearly written the other side offers to settle the case after reading the report. Reports can be short overviews of the examination and resultant opinion or detailed describing every aspect of the examination and results. In either case, the report is balanced in order to eliminate courtroom bias. A balanced report is required for a true scientific methodology and report.
All reports contain demonstrative exhibits that pictorially tell the story revealed by the evidence.
